We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers with free shipping on orders over $60 CAD within Canada (some regions excluded).

  • A tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.
  • All products are shipped in 1 or more boxes.
  • CA purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to P.O. boxes.
Returns

We want you to love your product. If it’s not the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition.
  • All parts and accessories must be included.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Note: Products returned damaged, heavily used, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

Return Fee & Refunds

  • All approved returns are subject to a 15% return fee. This fee helps cover shipping, inspection, and restocking costs.
  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
  • Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
